Melissa looked so great in her birdcage and all of her bridesmaids in a beautifully bright lime green with citrus colored bouquets. What a great combination! Her bouquets at her reception at Venezia’s in Boston looked amazing with cut lemons and limes along with all of the citrus colored flowers that matched the bridesmaids bouquets. The guys had on black tuxes and enjoyed a quick stop at one of their favorite neighborhood spots for a quick drink before the wedding. The rain did not get in the way of everyone having a great time at the party. We even got to take advantage of a break in the weather to get a great night shot of the Boston skyline off the deck.
The weather cooperated to make Jess and Bill’s home wedding a spectacular event. It was a perfect summer day for Jess to walk down the aisle to her favorite Disney song about how dreams really do come true and for Jess and Bill their dreams did come true. Jess kept saying to Ashley and I, “this is the best day of my life” and I know she meant it. The tents by Sperry Tents were wonderful as was the food by A Catered Affair. Kelley of Blush did Jess’s makeup which was perfect and Kris Pavao’s crew did a fantastic job with Jen’s hair.
The bridesmaids wore buttery yellow dresses and carried bouquets of white and yellow roses with green accents. The guys looked very handsome in their gray suits and yellow ties. Northern Lights entertainment rocked the party!
Laura and Brian had a beautiful mass at the Reserrection Church in Hingham where Brian’s “hoo ray” on the bottom of his shoes said it all. We loved the short navy bridesmaids dresses paired with bouquets of blue hydrangeas with green accents. Laura’s gown was a beautiful shade of ivory that worked perfectly with Brian’s light tan suit. This is what a summer south shore wedding is all about!
We were lucky to spend some time at a private beach in Cohasset for the formal photos and then off to the Atlantica for a wonderful reception. Laura and Brian looked so glamorous during our sunset session of the dock of the Atlantica, we were so happy to have that extra bit of time to get some great images for them.
We always love returning to a great venue on the cape and the Wychmere is always a lovely place to be on a summer Saturday afternoon. Lauren and Andrew’s waterfront ceremony on the beautiful lawn was the best. The bridesmaids were perfect in short polished blue dresses carrying a simple bouquet of calla lilies, the guys in classic black tuxes. We visited the beach at the Wychmere for beautiful formal photos in the perfect golden light. The main ballroom was filled with an abundance of both high and low flower arrangements as the centerpieces which were some of the best we have seen this year. The band was rocking and kept the party going all night long as their friends and families danced the night away. Congratulations to a wonderful couple.
We have made the move to this new blog that will eventually replace our website. This way everyone can check out all of our images from all of our most current weddings. Enjoy!
